About Elaine Welsh Consulting

Elaine Welsh is a Board-Certified Nurse Executive with much of her nursing experience in Leadership. Started her career in the medical field in 2002 after enlisting in the U.S. Army as a combat medic, gaining both medical and leadership experience. After completing two tours overseas she left active duty and transferred to the Army National Guard and used the G.I. Bill to attend nursing school. Throughout her career she has gained valuable experience becoming proficient in business concepts, decision-making, knowledge of industry standards and has been instrumental in the implementation of best practices, positively influencing quality patient care outcomes.
